Basic requirements
DSLR/Mirrorless camera
Good Tripod
Widest lens you have+ Prime lens
Lightroom + Photoshop
* you can try with a phone but that's your choice and I don't recommend it
Post processing
Unlike regular photography, Astrophotography does require that you learn some techniques to bring out faint details that would otherwise not show up. To teach you this, basic post processing will be covered with a virtual support of upto 15 days
After this workshop, you will be able to
Understand what Astrophotography is how to capture the night sky with confidence
Learn what not to do!

There are some basic beginner mistakes everyone does when they start out. One of the biggest takeaways from this workshop is to learn from my experience and avoid them
Branch out into Astrophotography and create unique and wonderful images which will be a great addition to your portfolio and ability

Itinerary
4:00 PM ~ 4:30 PM - Arrival and refreshments followed by sunset hike

6:00 PM- Barbeque session

7:00 PM- Introduction to Astrophotography
8:00 PM- Dry run for settings and basic setup
​
9:00 PM Dinner
​
10:00 PM Hike to Tabletop to start shooting
​
12:00 AM- Break and Photo critique
1:00 AM Prep for Star trails
​
3:00 AM- Milky photography which proceeds till early morning
​
6:00 AM - Return to camp and rest
​
8:00 AM~8:30 AM- Breakfast served and camp ends
​
